The Houston Wine Fest, otherwise known as the HWF, is held at the Sam Houston Park. One of Houston's oldest parks, Sam Houston Park is right at Houston's center, making it an extremely convenient location. Not to mention the perfect place to get a large dose of Houston culture.

Feeling generous? Well, the Houston Wine Fest is more than a wine tasting event-it's a benefit too. Through a partnership with Houston's NPR affiliated station, KUHF, a percentage of proceeds will go to Texas Children's Hospital.
